2. Depot Hours
Depot address: Unit 80 Marsh Farm, Hilperton Marsh, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 7PJ. All appointments must be booked in advance.
Summer Hours (2nd March to 31st October):
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed, unless by prior arrangement.
Winter Hours (1st November to 1st March):
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed, unless by prior arrangement.
*The last collection time for all vehicles is 1 hour prior to depot closing. It typically takes 1 hour to hand over the vehicle. All systems required to process a collection or return are closed 1 hour prior to depot closure and staff are unable to process collections or returns after this time. If you arrive after this cut-off time you will need to make alternative arrangements at your own cost until the depot re-opens the next working day.
3. What's Included in the Hire Rate
Hire rates quoted include:
- VAT (20%)
- 150 miles per booked day (additional miles charged at £0.50 per mile, unless an unlimited mileage package is purchased)
- UK standard vehicle insurance
- UK standard equipment and breakdown cover
All prices quoted in the Agreement are gross prices. In some cases, Adventure Nomad will incur additional charges if the driver has a traffic conviction, more than one insurance claim, or is in an occupation deemed high risk. These charges will be passed on to the customer.
Adventure Nomad will supply full breakdown cover for any mechanical faults to the base chassis of the vehicle. Any callout charges arising from operator error — such as a flat vehicle battery, wrong or insufficient fuel, or keys locked in the vehicle — will be the responsibility of the hirer.
4. Minimum Hire
The minimum hire period is 3 nights, which may vary depending on the season. Adventure Nomad reserves the right to increase the minimum hire period for certain events. One-way hire is not available at this time.
5. Payment
A booking is only binding after it has been confirmed by Adventure Nomad and a booking deposit of 10% of the total hire cost has been received. These terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, apply from this point onwards. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon booking confirmation.
Settlement of the remaining balance is due six weeks prior to departure. Adventure Nomad reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received six weeks prior to departure. For late bookings (made less than six weeks before departure), the full rental price is payable at the time of booking.
Vehicles will not be released without full payment being completed.
Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), all debit cards, and bank transfer. Pre-paid currency cards are not accepted for payments or for the security deposit.
6. Cancellation Policy
| Notice given before hire start | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| More than 6 weeks | 20% of total hire cost, or the booking deposit (whichever is greater) |
| 6 weeks to 2 weeks | 70% of total hire cost |
| Less than 2 weeks, or no-show | 100% of total hire cost |
A no-show is deemed as the customer not presenting themselves on the first day of the rental period to collect their vehicle, without having communicated to Adventure Nomad prior to that date. Should a hire be deemed a no-show, the booking will be automatically cancelled at close of business that day, the vehicle will be released for re-hire, and no refunds whatsoever will be due.
Adventure Nomad cannot postpone or transfer money from one hire to another. Adventure Nomad reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy for certain events.
7. Extras
All extras are subject to availability. Current extras available include:
- Satellite navigation system (UK & Western Europe): included
- Bike rack (holds up to 4 bikes): included

8. European Travel
For those travelling within Europe there is an additional charge of £250 per hire, which covers European vehicle insurance and European roadside assistance. European cover is mandatory — you will be in breach of these terms and conditions should you take a vehicle into Europe without arranging this cover. A certificate of hire is required, for which we need at least 6 weeks' advance notice.
Minimum hire term for European cover is 7 nights; maximum is 21 nights, unless otherwise agreed.
The following countries are covered by European cover: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Travel outside these countries will be in breach of these terms and conditions and you will not be covered by any insurance. Please check your route carefully before travelling.
9. Ireland Travel
For those travelling within Ireland there is an additional charge of £95.00 per hire, which covers Irish vehicle insurance and Irish roadside assistance. Ireland cover is mandatory — you will be in breach of these terms and conditions should you take a vehicle into Ireland without arranging this cover. Minimum hire term for Ireland cover is 7 nights; maximum is 21 nights, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Refuel Package
Adventure Nomad offers a refuel package (£135.00) which allows you to return the vehicle with an empty diesel tank and we will refill it for a single charge. The refuel package must be pre-booked and pre-paid prior to departure; it cannot be arranged on return of the vehicle. This package is only available to hirers returning to the depot.
Should you choose not to take this package, refilling charges will apply if the diesel tank is not returned to the same level as at collection. Charges are as follows:
| Fuel level on return | Refill charge |
|---|---|
| ¾ to full | £85.00 |
| ½ to ¾ | £100.00 |
| ¼ to ½ | £140.00 |
| Empty to full | £260.00 |
11. Car Parking
Adventure Nomad allows customers to leave their own vehicles on site at their own risk for the duration of their hire, subject to the current daily fee (see extras pricing). Adventure Nomad cannot and will not be held liable for any damage to a customer's vehicle whilst on site. Customers must lock and secure their vehicle and remove any personal items on show. Adventure Nomad retains custody of vehicle keys in case the vehicle needs to be moved.
12. Collection & Return
Collection: Please allow 1 hour for the handover at the depot. We will walk all drivers through the vehicle, demonstrate every system, complete the documentation, and answer any questions before you depart. All named drivers must be present on collection and bring their full valid licence, passport, and credit or debit card for the security deposit. Please see section 25 (Drivers) for full documentation requirements.
Adventure Nomad will make every effort to have the vehicle ready for your selected collection time; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Should this be the case, no refunds will be due, there will be no extension to the hire period, and the vehicle must still be returned in accordance with the agreed return date and time.
You must arrive at least 1 hour prior to depot closing — please see section 2 (Depot Hours).
Return: The vehicle must be returned on the correct date and before the time stated on the Rental Agreement. Please allow 1 hour for the return handover. Vehicles must be returned:
- Undamaged
- With the same level of diesel in the tank as at collection
- With the waste water tank emptied
- With the toilet cassette emptied — there are no toilet emptying facilities at the Adventure Nomad depot, so this must be done before you return
- With the interior clean and in the same condition as collected
A charge of £75.00 applies if the toilet cassette and/or waste water tank is not emptied prior to return. Additional valeting and/or upholstery cleaning fees will be charged if the interior is not returned in a clean condition.
Late return: If you will be late returning, you must notify Adventure Nomad immediately. Failure to notify us may affect your insurance cover. A late return charge of £100.00 per hour applies and will be deducted from the security deposit.
13. Vehicle Systems
Adventure Nomad will carry out a full Pre-Checkout Inspection (PCI) on every vehicle before the commencement of hire, testing every on-board system to ensure correct operation. The hirer will be shown how each system works during the handover.
Should an on-board system fail during hire, Adventure Nomad will make every effort to remedy the fault remotely, but in some circumstances this may not be possible. Adventure Nomad cannot be held responsible and will not refund any monies should a loss of service be encountered, nor does it have any obligation to provide a replacement vehicle.
In the case of winter hire, Adventure Nomad cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by freezing conditions — this is the responsibility of the hirer.
14. Vehicle Acceptance
You acknowledge having received the vehicle in a clean condition and in sound working order, in accordance with the Motorhome Handover Checklist, with the diesel tank level noted, stated LPG gas quantity, a full fresh water tank, and the toilet primed and ready.
You acknowledge that Adventure Nomad will not refund any monies if the vehicle is returned, or you cease to have use of the vehicle or an item of equipment on the vehicle, prior to the return date for any reason (e.g. accident, weather, theft, or damage).
15. Change of Vehicle
Adventure Nomad reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle for the one ordered. In that event, the hirer shall not be liable for any increased rental pertaining to the substitute vehicle. Such substitution shall not entitle the hirer to any refund and does not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
16. Rental & Other Charges
You will pay Adventure Nomad:
- All rental charges
- The security deposit
- Administration fee of £25.00 per amendment of a confirmed booking, or per penalty charge notice received
- Additional valeting and/or upholstery cleaning fees if the vehicle is not returned in a clean condition
- £75.00 if the toilet cassette and waste water tank are not emptied prior to return
- The cost of refilling diesel to the level at collection (see section 10 for charges)
- All government fees, duties, and taxes
- All parking fines, other fines or penalties, and associated administration costs incurred in relation to the vehicle during the rental period
- Demurrage — the nightly rental rate for the period the vehicle is off fleet (e.g. for accident repairs)
- Any additional costs over and above the security deposit value should damages exceed the security deposit
- The cost to recover a vehicle
- In the case of gross negligence, Adventure Nomad reserves the right to recover full costs to return the vehicle to the condition in which it was handed over
- Any other fees or charges payable pursuant to this Agreement
17. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £1,000.00 is payable by credit or debit card at the time of collection. The card must be in the lead driver's name and the amount will be debited from the account immediately. Pre-paid currency cards cannot be accepted for the security deposit.
Adventure Nomad reserves the right to increase the security deposit in certain circumstances (e.g. for hirers travelling to Europe, hirers with pets, or for specific events).
The security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days of the vehicle being returned, provided there are no outstanding insurance claims and the vehicle is returned in accordance with the terms set out in section 12 (Collection & Return). It will not be refunded on the day of return.
You irrevocably authorise Adventure Nomad to deduct from the security deposit any amounts due to Adventure Nomad arising out of this Agreement.
Should any damages or costs exceed the security deposit, the customer will be responsible for settling all additional costs within 14 days of the hire end date.
Where the hirer has opted for CDW and complied with its terms (section 26), no excess will be charged in the event of a road traffic accident or collision. However, the security deposit may still be used to fund any loss or damage to equipment, fixtures and fittings, windows, valeting or upholstery fees, refuelling costs, or negligent damage to the vehicle.
18. Use of the Vehicle
You agree that during the rental period you will not, and will not allow the vehicle to be:
- Driven other than in a cautious, prudent, and normal manner
- Used in a manner which could cause damage
- Driven in a prohibited area or outside the areas indicated to Adventure Nomad
- Driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law
- Left open while unoccupied
- Left with the ignition key in the vehicle while unoccupied
- Driven by anyone under the age of 21 or over the age of 75, or anyone not authorised by law to drive the vehicle
- Parked in an unsecured space (parking in car parks or a driveway is deemed secure)
- Left without the steering wheel lock fixed in place, if one has been provided
- Damaged by submersion in water or contact with salt water
- Used for any illegal purpose, race, rally, or contest
- Used to tow any vehicle or trailer
- Used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward
- Used to carry more persons than is permitted by relevant authority, the vehicle manual, or this Agreement
- Used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives, or other corrosive or flammable materials
- Used off-road
19. Road Restrictions
All vehicles may only be driven on sealed/tarmac roads or specific purpose-built roads. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. Adventure Nomad reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, or any other reasonable cause.
20. Alterations to the Vehicle
You shall not make any alterations or additions to the vehicle without the prior written consent of Adventure Nomad.
21. Title to Vehicle
You acknowledge that Adventure Nomad retains title to the vehicle and its contents and that you possess the vehicle as a mere bailee only. You do not have any right to pledge Adventure Nomad's credit in connection with the vehicle and agree not to do so. You shall not agree, attempt, offer, or purport to sell, assign, sublet, lend, pledge, mortgage, let on hire, or otherwise part with the personal possession of or deal with the vehicle.
22. Smoking
All Adventure Nomad vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Adventure Nomad reserves the right to impose additional valeting and/or upholstery cleaning fees, and to charge demurrage, should smoke be detected in the vehicle on return. If these charges exceed the security deposit held, the additional amount will be charged separately.
23. Passengers
Adventure Nomad authorises the use of vehicles up to the stated number of passengers. Each person must use the safety restraints provided at all times while the vehicle is in motion. The following are the maximum number of persons (including the driver) that each vehicle can legally carry:
- Carys (2 berth) — 2 passengers
- Farah (2 berth) — 2 passengers
- Beatrice (6 berth) — 6 passengers
- Upsy Daisy (canal boat) — as stated on the Rental Agreement
Carrying more than the specified number of passengers is against the law and in breach of this Agreement. Child seats are to be provided by the hirer and it is the hirer's responsibility to fit them correctly. Children under 12 years of age or 135cm in height (whichever they reach first) must use the correct child restraint appropriate for their weight and height under UK law.
24. Pets
Animals may not be carried in the vehicle unless otherwise agreed with Adventure Nomad in advance, with an additional security deposit paid. Dogs must always be tethered when the vehicle is in motion, using the anchor provided. A fine of up to £1,000 may be incurred if a dog is not properly secured while travelling.
25. Drivers
Age limits: Drivers must be between 21 and 75 years old. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not available for drivers over the age of 70.
A maximum of 3 drivers per rental is permitted. All drivers must:
- Have held a valid licence for more than 3 years entitling them to drive a UK category B vehicle up to 3,500kg GVW
- Be able to demonstrate that they have driven regularly for at least 3 years and feel confident handling a vehicle of the dimensions of our largest motorhome (7.5m long, 2.4m wide, 3.2m high)
- Be present at the handover — no exceptions
- Produce a full, valid photocard driving licence and a valid passport at the start of hire
If you have a GB photocard licence, we require the photocard and your National Insurance number so we can check your licence via the DVLA's online system. We are unable to insure you if we have not DVLA-checked your licence. For Northern Ireland licences, we require both the photocard and paper counterpart.
Your licence address must be your current home address. You must also provide 2 utility bills or 1 bank statement dated within 90 days of the hire start date, matching your driving licence address. Photo copies are not accepted. If any driver fails to provide the correct documentation on collection, Adventure Nomad will be unable to release the vehicle and no refund will be given.
All drivers whose licences are issued outside the EU or Commonwealth must supply a valid international driving permit alongside their standard licence at the start of hire.
Endorsements: You must declare any endorsements on your licence at the time of booking. Adventure Nomad can accept up to 6 speeding points accrued within the last 3 years (a charge of £10.00 per point applies). For more than 6 points, for any conviction other than speeding, or for any driver disqualification within the last 5 years, Adventure Nomad may not be able to obtain insurance cover. Conviction codes that may not be insurable include: AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, IN, LC, MS, UT, MR, and TT.
Insurance claims: You must declare at the time of booking if you have made, or had made against you, any vehicle insurance claim within the last 5 years. Adventure Nomad may not be able to obtain cover if you have had 2 or more claims within the last 3 years.
Occupations: You must declare your occupation on collection. Adventure Nomad may not be able to offer cover for the following occupations: celebrities, sports personalities, musicians, entertainers, serving foreign armed services personnel or embassy employees based in the UK, or students under the age of 30. Failure to disclose a relevant occupation — even in a part-time capacity — will render the agreement void and the hirer will be fully liable.
Adventure Nomad is unable to insure any driver with no fixed abode.
Drivers are personally liable for all legal penalties (parking fines, congestion charges, speeding fines, etc.) incurred during the period of hire.
Copies will be taken of all identification presented and will be retained for 7 years for the purpose of, but not limited to, the defence of any legal claims.
26. Insurance
The vehicle is insured for theft and damage to the vehicle and the property of a third party. Insurance does not include any personal insurance for the customer (including death or bodily injury to the driver) or cover any personal possessions.
The standard excess is £1,000.00 per accident, reported incident, or vehicle theft. In the event of any damage to the vehicle or third-party property, the hirer will be liable for the first £1,000.00 per claim.
In the event of vehicle theft, the hirer will initially be liable for the full cost of the vehicle. Once theft has been reported to both Adventure Nomad and the police, a claim will be lodged with the insurer. Should the insurer accept the claim, liability will reduce to the standard excess of £1,000.00. The keys must be returned to Adventure Nomad — if the keys are not returned, the insurer will not accept the claim and full liability for the vehicle will remain with the hirer.
Only persons named on the Rental Agreement are insured to drive the vehicle.
Please note: no insurance cover (including CDW) is provided for overhead damage, any damage deemed gross negligence, or any internal damage. The hirer accepts full liability for such damage, in addition to any applicable standard excess. Windscreen and tyre damage are not covered by standard vehicle insurance, but are covered by CDW (conditions apply — see section 27).
Adventure Nomad will not be responsible for damage to personal possessions or bodily injury (including death) unless directly resulting from proven gross negligence on Adventure Nomad's part. Adventure Nomad will not be responsible for any consequential loss (e.g. loss of profits or opportunity).
27. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
CDW is an optional add-on at £25.00 per day, with a minimum charge of £150.00 per hire. CDW reduces the standard excess of £1,000.00 to £500.00 for damage caused by a road traffic accident (RTA) or collision to the vehicle or third-party property. CDW also covers the cost of replacement tyres and windscreens.
CDW does not cover:
- Damage caused through a reversing manoeuvre
- Overhead damage
- Malicious damage (e.g. vandalism or break-in)
- Theft of the vehicle
- Gross negligence
- Internal damage
CDW applies in respect of the first incident or claim — it cannot be restarted once an accident has occurred, and standard insurance terms will apply thereafter. Any incident must be reported to Adventure Nomad within 24 hours, otherwise CDW cover will not apply.
CDW must be decided upon at the point of collection — it cannot be added once the hire has commenced. CDW is not available for drivers over the age of 70. Minimum charge term for CDW is 5 nights in winter and 7 nights during July and August; maximum charge term is 21 nights.
Should these Terms and Conditions not be adhered to, CDW will be void and the customer will be liable in full for all costs and damages.
28. Vehicle Damage — Insurance Cover
You are aware that:
- The vehicle is insured for damage to the vehicle and the property of a third party, but does not include any personal insurance for the customer or their possessions.
- Neither standard insurance nor CDW covers overhead damage. Overhead damage is deemed as any damage above 6 feet (1.83m) from the ground. The hirer will be responsible for the full cost of repair.
- You will pay an excess for any insurance claim regardless of which party is at fault. The insurance excess is £1,000.00 per claim, not per rental.
- The excess may be reduced by taking out CDW (terms apply — see section 27).
- You will have no insurance cover and will be responsible for the total cost of any damage if you breach any term of this Agreement.
- You will be responsible for any damage caused through reversing and/or gross negligence, which will not be covered by insurance or CDW.
29. In the Event of an Accident
In the event of any accident, loss, or damage arising from the use of the vehicle, you will:
- Notify Adventure Nomad on +44 7938 137336 within 24 hours of the event. If returning the vehicle within 24 hours, notification must be immediate — not upon return.
- Obtain the names and addresses of all third parties and witnesses, and report the event to the nearest police station.
- Complete an accident claim form as supplied by Adventure Nomad. If the accident occurs in Europe, also complete the European accident report form as supplied.
- Not make any admission of liability, settlement offer, or similar to other parties.
- Assist Adventure Nomad in handling any resulting claim, including providing all relevant information and attending court to give evidence if required.
You will not drive the vehicle after an incident (unless to a safe place within 30 miles of the incident location) until you have spoken with a member of Adventure Nomad staff and provided photographic evidence of the damage.
Any excess or amount due in respect of damage is payable at the time of reporting the event, regardless of which party is at fault. No security deposit or insurance excess will be refunded until a claim is fully settled.
30. Maintenance
You shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the vehicle, including checking oil, coolant, tyre pressures, and batteries. The vehicle will be supplied with a stated level of diesel and gas — Adventure Nomad will not be responsible should you run out of fuel or gas during the hire.
Adventure Nomad will reimburse expenditure of up to £50.00 reasonably incurred in rectifying a mechanical failure to the drivetrain or engine of the vehicle, provided that: relevant receipts are produced; prior consent of Adventure Nomad was obtained; and the damage is not due to the hirer's fault or breach of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the hirer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the rental period (unless CDW was taken out). All Adventure Nomad motorhomes run on diesel. The hirer will be liable for all costs associated with misfuelling.
31. Credit and Debit Card Payment
Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and all debit cards, are accepted. Pre-paid currency cards are not accepted for payments or for the security deposit. You agree that Adventure Nomad is irrevocably authorised to recover from your card issuer all amounts due under this Agreement. You acknowledge that all transactions are conducted in pounds sterling and release Adventure Nomad from liability for any exchange rate variations.
32. Payment of Charges — Joint and Several Liability
All charges and expenses payable under this Agreement are due on demand. If charges are not paid on time, interest at 1.5% per month above the HSBC base rate will apply, along with any additional recovery costs including reasonable legal fees. Where the customer comprises more than one person, each person is jointly and severally liable for all obligations under this Agreement.
33. Terminating the Agreement
Adventure Nomad may terminate this Agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time without notification if: you are in breach of any term of this Agreement; you have obtained the vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation; any statement made by you in respect of yourself or additional drivers is incorrect; the vehicle appears to be abandoned; you give the keys to anyone not named on the Agreement; the vehicle is not returned on the agreed date; or Adventure Nomad has reasonable grounds to believe that the safety of passengers or the condition of the vehicle is at risk.
An initial charge of £100.00, plus a daily charge of £100.00, applies if the vehicle is not returned on the agreed return date. In the event of termination or repossession, you have no right to a refund of any part of the rental charges or the security deposit.
34. Release and Indemnity
Subject to its obligation to deliver the vehicle or an appropriate substitute, you release Adventure Nomad, its employees and agents from any liability to you (regardless of fault) for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to: loss or damage caused by breakdown, mechanical defect, accident, or the vehicle being unsuitable for your purpose; or any loss or damage to property left in or on the vehicle, in any service vehicle, or on any Adventure Nomad premises.
You hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified Adventure Nomad, its employees and agents against any claims, demands, and expenses (including legal costs) incurred by reason of your use and/or possession of the vehicle.
35. Changes to this Agreement
Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed on behalf of Adventure Nomad and by the hirer.
36. Force Majeure
Adventure Nomad will make every effort to ensure that the reserved vehicle is available at the correct time. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible and no alternative vehicle is available, our liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid by you.
37. Your Warranties
You warrant that all information supplied to Adventure Nomad in connection with this Agreement is true and accurate.
38. Proper Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
39. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed by Adventure Nomad for the following purposes:
- To fulfil this contract, including motorhome and canal boat hire and production of the Rental Agreement
- To fulfil our legal obligations as a vehicle rental company
- To communicate with you about your hire
Your personal data, including copies of all identification documents and all data entered in the Rental Agreement, will be retained for 7 years for the purpose of, but not limited to, the defence of any legal claims.
We will not transfer your personal data to any third party except where:

We may use your personal information for marketing purposes if you have opted in to receive communications from us. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@adventure-nomad.co.uk. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
40. Vehicle Dash Cameras & GPS Tracking
Customers and passengers are not permitted to touch or interfere with the vehicle dash cameras or wiring without the express permission of Adventure Nomad. If you are involved in an incident, call Adventure Nomad immediately for guidance on the dash camera footage.
You accept that dash cameras record audio and video whilst the vehicle is in motion. This footage is used solely for the purpose of determining the outcome of accidents or damage claims. Once no longer required for insurance or police purposes, the footage will be deleted.
By entering into this Agreement you agree that Adventure Nomad may process and store personal information collected from the vehicle, including location data from our GPS tracking system and vehicle diagnostics (telematics). This information may be used to analyse statistics, for market research, credit control, and to protect our assets. If you breach this Agreement, this information may be passed to relevant organisations including the BVRLA, police, and our solicitors.
We will keep all personal information in a secure environment and comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
41. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. There are no other oral undertakings, warranties, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Adventure Nomad reserves the right to amend vehicle specifications and rental charges without prior notice. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights under civil law.
42. Canal Boat Hire
For canal boat hire (Upsy Daisy), all the above terms and conditions apply, replacing 'vehicle' and 'motorhome' with 'canal boat' and 'vessel' where applicable. Additional British Waterways / Canal & River Trust regulations apply and will be provided at the time of booking.
